The interior journey is often distilled to three “big questions”:

Who am I?

Why am I here?

What am I to do?

The answers to these questions are not fixed in a person’s life. We change. We grow. We revisit our nature and our purpose. Story and archetype inform, inspire and guide this process. Archetype, a term rooted in Jungian psychology helps us understand our internal self - mind, body and spirit. Mythology helps us see who we are in relation to our community, our world and the universe. Imagination informs new ways of participating in the world, through visioning and creating. These are the gifts of story.
